- Troop Meetings
- Held every Tuesday that District 65 is in session in the Multi-purpose Room of Oakton School from 7:00 PM until 8:30 PM. Scouts should enter Oakton School through the rear door off of the Austin Street parking lot. Scouts are not permitted in the meeting locations without an adult Troop Staff member present. Troop Meetings can be cancelled only be the Scoutmaster (which is rarely done). We break for the summer months.

Patrol Leader Council Meetings
- There are patrol leader council meetings on a monthly basis to outline program for the upcoming months.

Troop Staff Meetings
- These meetings are attended by the Scoutmaster, two Assistant Scoutmasters who will help the program, the SPL, ASPL Troop Guides, PL's and APL's.
